The GIST: College football’s Week 1 served up more surprises than #CelebrityBreakupSummer, and Week 2 promises even more chaos. Here’s to another perfect fall Saturday — whether you’re spending all of tomorrow glued to your couch or losing your voice in the stands.

Nebraska Cornhuskers (0-1) vs. No. 22 Colorado Buffaloes (1-0), 12 p.m. ET (FOX): Nebraska did the most Nebraska thing possible last week: choke. For Colorado, the aforementioned Coach Prime’s roster was a wild experiment before their Week 1 win over then–No. 17 TCU — now, it’s a freight train rolling toward domination. Do you believe?

No. 11 Texas Longhorns (1-0) vs. No. 3 Alabama Crimson Tide (1-0), 7 p.m. ET (ESPN): Last year, Alabama stole a 20–19 nail-biter at Texas thanks to a last-minute field goal. This time, the Tide is running with an untested quarterback (QB), and the Longhorns are rarin’ for revenge in their make-or-break game of the season. Expect fireworks for College GameDay.

No. 12 Utah Utes (1-0) vs. Baylor Bears (0-1), 12 p.m. ET (ESPN): No Cam Rising? No problem — the Utes dismantled Florida 24–11 last Thursday, even with their star QB on the sidelines. Meanwhile, the Bears suffered (arguably) Week 1’s worst embarrassment, falling 42–31 to Texas State at home. If Rising suits up, Baylor could be in for more humiliation.
