The WNBA superteams finals is set

The GIST: As was expected at the start of the season, it’ll be a battle of the WNBA superteams final, with the No. 1 Las Vegas Aces and No. 2 NY Liberty securing their champ series spots over the weekend. Only bad news is we have to wait a week for the fun to begin.

Liberty outlast No. 3 Connecticut Sun in Game 4: The seafoamers are finals-bound for the first time since 2002, after holding on to top Connecticut in an 87–84 thriller yesterday.

• And they sealed the deal with another full house outing, as four Vegas starters dropped double digit points in the dub. Next Sunday can’t come soon enough.
