Fall Internship with Winners and Losers – A Women’s Sports Merch Brand

(Philadelphia-based preferred)

September – December (Flexible Dates)

Winners and Losers, a women’s sports merch brand based in Philly, is looking for a creative and reliable intern to join the team this fall! This is a great opportunity for a college student interested in sports, design, or marketing who wants hands-on experience in content creation, branding, and small business growth.

What You’ll Do (Some or All of the Below)

Depending on your strengths and interests, you could help with:

Social Media & Content

• Create and post content (memes, reels, product shots, etc.)

• Research trends and help brainstorm ideas

• Write short, punchy captions in brand voice

• Engage with fans, repost relevant content, and track performance

Design Support

• Assist with graphics for products, social media, and events

• Prep mockups and format files for printing

• Help brainstorm and develop new product ideas

Pop-Up & Event Help (Philly area)

• Assist with setting up and selling at events

• Take photos and videos of the table, merch, and community

• Capture content for reels, TikToks, and future promos

Operations & Research

• Help track orders, inventory, and product details

• Research printers, vendors, influencers, and collaborators

• Support day-to-day creative and marketing tasks
  

You Might Be a Fit If You…

• Care about women’s sports, visibility, and community

• Are active on Instagram/Tik Tok and love a good meme

• Have a creative eye and some design experience (Canva, Adobe, etc.)

• Are organized, self-motivated, and excited to learn

• Are comfortable working solo but open to feedback and collaboration

• Are based in or near Philly (a plus, not required)

Internship Details

• September – December

• 10-15 hours/week (some weeks may be lighter or heavier depending on events)

• Flexible schedule – can work around your classes

• Mostly remote with occasional weekend or evening event work if local

Note:Remote applicants are welcome, butpreference will be given to those based in or near Philadelphia who can assist with in-person events and pop-ups.

Compensation

• Weekly stipend

• Brand gear to rep at events

• Experience working with a mission-driven, woman-owned brand

• This internship can count for college credit if arranged through your school
